Platform subscription vs. client payments: two different things

The paid Artisan subscription (€30/month) pays for platform access (unlimited quotes, tools, etc.). That charge goes through Stripe to the platform, like any SaaS subscription. The Discovery plan remains free (15 quotes/month).

Your clients’ payments on quotes (deposit, balance) go to your account: you need a Stripe account, then you enter the secret key and webhook signing secret in Company settings after logging into the admin.

You can also get paid by bank transfer (IBAN on quote/invoice PDFs, no client Stripe): that does not replace the platform subscription — the subscription pays for the software (calculators, quotes, invoices, job tracking); the transfer is payment for the job between your client and you. Enter your IBAN in Company settings → Bank transfer (IBAN).

Yes, you can switch from one plan to another at any time. If you upgrade, the change is immediate. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Yes. The subscription covers the platform; to collect card payments from clients you need Stripe plus the keys in Company settings.

No commitment. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your customer area. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Periods already billed are non-refundable.

When you reach the limit of 15 quotes per month, a message invites you to switch to the Artisan plan to continue creating unlimited quotes. Your first 15 quotes remain accessible in your customer area.

Yes. The Discovery plan lets you test core features with no time limit (15 quotes/month). The Artisan plan (€30/month) is available with no long-term commitment—you can subscribe or cancel at any time.
